Contest Terms & Conditions 1. The BreakThrough Your Shabby Notebook with Lenovo Contest will run from 2 December 2009 to 18 December 2009.
2. The contest is open to Malaysians only. The employees of Lenovo Malaysia, the Company's agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the contest.
3. For qualification, all photo submissions and write ups must be emailed to radiance.leong@text100.com.my at from 2 December 2009 to 18 December 2009.
4. Any submission that is deemed offensive (containing vulgarities, nudity, racist or any inappropriate content) will be removed and rejected by the Company. Only original submissions will be accepted. Plagiarized content will be removed and rejected by the Company. No appeal and/or correspondence will be entertained.
5. The participant must submit their Malaysian IC number as proof of nationality when submitting their entries. Only one entry per participant allowed.
6. Closing date for all entries is on 18 December 2009 at 12.00 midnight. Entries after the closing date will not be accepted.
7. The prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or any items. The Company reserves the absolute right to substitute the prizes with that similar value at any time with or without prior notice.
8. The prizes shall not include all other expenses which shall be solely borne by the winners.
9. The judges decision shall be final and conclusive. No appeal and/or correspondence will be entertained.
10. These terms and conditions will prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the contest.
11. By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and further agree that the decision of the Company in relation to every aspect of the contest shall be final.
12. The Company may at any time vary, modify, amend or delete any of the terms and conditions in its absolute discretion without prior notice.
13. The Company and its appointed agencies when deemed necessary can publish winner's names and details for purpose of publicity or advertising with written notice but no further compensation to the winner. Non-acceptance of this clause may result in an alternative winner being selected.
