Such a big established company but unreachable through email nor facebook

To whom it may concern,
As a customer, I am upset with the faulty container which ruined my cupboard as shown in the pictures.
Although using biodegradable product is good for the environment,
however; please take note that this does not mean that it applies to the
container. Hopefully this situation will not occur again.
