McD Feedback
1. On 1 Jul 2015, I posted feedback on their website https://www.mcdonalds.com.my/contact_us/just_tell_us.aspx

Comment : Ordered thru Drive thru: 1 Frozen Mix, 1 Frozen Cola, 1 Banana Pie, 1 ala carte Foldover Mashwi, 1 ala carte Foldover Lazeez, 1 set Double Filet O Fish. The price is RM43.65 and they forgot to give me fries. Previous visit they forgot to give me Coke(Medium). I thought Frozen Mix and Cola should be RM 1 each? Please clarify. I had thrown the receipt but I had snap the picture of the receipt and the food I had received. Sometimes I'm quite confused with the receipt that I had received.

3. On 22 Jul 2015, I received call from the outlet manager who welcome this feedback and maybe because some new and inexperience workers might made this mistakes and offered the fries when ever I dropped by. I acknowledge and agreed what cause it. The manager was surprise that it happened 1 Jul 2015 and this feedback is taking long time to reach him.
However my main purpose for this feedback is hoping this mistakes will not appear again coz it is inconvenience and this is called "drive thru". But I didn't tell them coz I'm not in position to teach them what to do but I hope more people will give feedback to improve their services.
