LOUSY AFTERSALES SERVICE
My Computer which I bought in this shop since last year had been repaired 3 times and until now they cannot verify the problem. All they can say that if it is software problem they cannot do anything about it. The main problem I had told them was because of the VGA driver not compatible to the windows XP. I just hope they can find the solution online to get a newer driver. They are being irresponsible. They looked pure innocent when you argue with them. They even say it is normal to format computer twice a year. Are they crazy? Although things are cheap but do you want this kind of service if you computer goes wrong? I hate to say, damn it ATi at Jalan Kota. Not going there anymore and will not recommend others to go there too. Some say Cubebox near Kampung Jambu is better in service and selling cheap computer stuffs too. Do not support ATi Computer shop if you do not want to get cheated later.
