EXTREME PRINCIPAL
A secondary school in Teluk Intan lay a principal who is tough. He starts the staff meeting on 1st December (usually other school will starts at the end of December) where some of the teachers were back at their hometown while others were invigilating and the rest meeting for marking SPM and STPM papers. All the ‘so called’ excuses of invigilating and marking papers are not accepted. If the principal receive any letter with 'mohon jasa baik ketua jabatan' from the Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia that means everything must get a final nod from the principal. In the end, all are no-no except going for staff meeting on 1st December. Those who did not turn up have to show their 'show cause letter'. This is not the way a leader should show. Only a great leader can create good teacher and student.
