Went to Maxis Tupai but received this msg later. What a trouble to me. So angry and about to https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ and http://complaint.cfm.my/. Went to Maxis AEON Taiping instead and able to settle it right away

Received this from email, so went to Maxis to sort it out
