Any laws available to discourage neighbours who make loud noises in the middle of the night? What should you do if your neighbours’ disturb your sleep at night? In America, children are pushed to bed at 9 o'clock at night. In Malaysia only selected parenting encourages their child to go to bed early. If your neighbours’ make some loud noises at midnight you can call the police if they are making it outside the house. If not, well endure.
