WHAT IS KTM'S MARKETING STRATEGY?
When it comes to Government linked companies, Keretapi Tanah Melayu(KTM) does not creating the same strategy. KTM only provide a canteen coach that does not allowed many hungry gluttons. No promotions on certain item either. Booking ticket online is not advisable as the schedule is improper and mostly late. It took longer hours to reach certain destination compare to buses. In additional, it is not a budget train. Most Malaysians would prefer motorcycles who cannot afford a car for transportation. It is simply cheaper although possess great danger compare to train.
