 What? Kena saman for extented ??? Oh MPT, don't be so money crazy. My both neighbours extended their houses but sorry mine isn't. I went to 5th floor, under Penguatkuasa department to let them know that they had issued the wrong saman. What the officer did is, he photostated the saman issued and get my contact no. They will contact me if they are going to check my house again. That's all! At least give a carbon copy that I had filed a complain then if you got inquiry just contact me. I had to work for a living. Don't trouble me with your own mistake.

What MPT should do:

1. Write down my report. Filled up details such as my name, contact no. and time of report.

2. Give me a carbon copy of the report.

3. Check my house again and snap photos.(Should snap photos before issuing saman for reference)

4. Cancel the saman and contact me if I did not extend my premise.(Sincere appology)
