At first, I didn't intend to capture this picture. This man is simply doing something out of his mind. He let his dogs to shit and urine in front of my house. He is told not to but he seems to ignore my words and told me to do the same in front of his house. It happened more than once. His uncivilized actions pull me back to my house without further argument. What should I do if he is back with the same and bold attitude? Should I ignore him and his pets?Public comments on thestar.com.my.

All the while, I assume school teachers should be neutral in everything. School teachers are allowed to enter politics with the acknowledgment by the school's principal. And now teachers are allowed to hold positions in political organisations? Why only grade A teachers are encourage to participate in politics? Later, teachers are busy in by-election or general election rather than building dynamic students as before.Source: thestar.com.my//umno/story.asp?file=/2009/3/28/umno/20090328125315&sec=umno
Allow Grade A Teachers to Enter Politics
Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein has proposed that Grade A teachers be allowed to participate in politics and hold positions in political organisations.
He also said teachers with degrees should be allowed to participate in politics so that their expertise could be utilised to make Umno stronger.
“Their role is important not only in education but also in politics, even before the time of independence,” he said.
Hishammuddin said their dedication and contribution had been side-lined and this had caused them to leave the political struggle.
“Therefore, I want to propose that the government allow Grade A teachers to participate in politics and hold positions,” he said to applause from delegates.
On the issue of teaching of Mathematics and Science in English, Hishammuddin assured the delegates that the status of the Malay language would not be affected when a decision was made.
“I want to give the assurance that no matter what, we will defend the Malay language as it is enshrined in our constitution,” he said.

TB cases on the rise again
KUALA LUMPUR: Tuberculosis (TB), at one time considered controlled, is spreading again in Malaysia because private doctors have failed to realise the disease has re-emerged.
Respiratory Medical Institute director Datin Dr Aziah Ahmad Mahayiddin said a standard practice required doctors to send patients suffering from acute cough for two weeks for tests.
“However, this is often not fully adhered to as most private clinics do not have a laboratory,’’ she said, adding that TB was contagious and needed to be treated without delay.
Dr Aziah said that in the 90s, TB had been controlled and had dropped to a minimum, and some private practitioners had forgotten about it.
“Some doctors are not aware that it is re-emerging in the country.’’
TB is a highly infectious, often deadly, disease that mostly attacks the lungs and whose classic symptoms include chronic cough, blood-tinged sputum, fever, night sweats and weight loss.
Statistics showed that reported TB cases in Malaysia had risen from 61.2 cases per 100,000 people in 2005 to 63.1 last year.
It was vital to raise awareness among not only those in the medical field but the public at large, she told reporters at the World Tuberculosis Day celebrations, themed “I Am Stopping TB”, at the institute here yesterday.
She also said that 17,506 new cases and 1,523 deaths were reported last year.
Federal Territory Health Department deputy director Dr Salehuddin Abu Bakar said the department had kept doctors abreast of such contagious diseases as dengue and TB.
Persons with a weak immune system faced a higher risk of infection, he added.
Malaysian Association for the Prevention of Tuberculosis president Datuk Seri Yeop Jr Yeop Adlan said TB patients from rural areas could apply for a monthly allowance from it while receiving treatment.
He said successful candidates would be give a maximum allowance of RM400 for up to six months – the standard period for treatment. Visit www.maptb.org.my for details.
The institute, located in Jalan Pahang, provides free treatment for TB patients.
They, however, need to pay a RM5 registration fee.

I think the teachers are getting mad not because of teaching mathematics and science subjects in English but discipline problem arise in school, administrator work, diagnostic test and program 'WAJA' not forgetting to collect insurance fees in January before collecting additional fees and PIBG in the middle of the year.

Teachers going mad teaching subjects in English
TAIPING: Some Malay teachers in Bagan Serai are “going mad” as they cannot handle teaching Mathematics and Science subjects in English, claimed a state assemblyman .
Dr Khalil Idham Lim Abdullah (Titi Serong) said the teachers themselves had to take English classes to improve their command of English.
While they are still grappling with the language, they are required to teach their students as well, said Khalil, who was chairman of the Perak Backbenchers Club in the former Pakatan Rakyat-led state government.
“The teachers themselves have a poor command of English. How do we expect them to teach their students?” he asked in his speech after a briefing on the subject at the state PAS headquarters in Jalan Air Kuning on Tuesday.
Some teachers, he said, “have simply gone crazy” because of this, likening the matter to the blind leading the blind. He claimed the minimum passing mark for both subjects were lowered to ensure that only a rosy picture was painted of the move.
Earlier, the gathering was told by Malaysian Translators Association president Associate Prof Abdullah Hassan that a big gathering is scheduled to be held in front of Istana Negara at 2pm on March 7 to protest against the teaching of Mathematics and Science in English.
Prof Abdullah said the argument that the usage of English would provide better job opportunities could only hold water if there were plenty of job openings.

Air Asia again introducing another marketing strategy to fight the economy downturn where less people travel due to retrenchment and higher cost of living. Some assume traveling as a luxury kind of stuff where Air Asia created a phenomenon where everyone can fly. To be competitive in the airline industry, Air Asia came up with an idea where customer do not need to grab seats but to fork out RM10 for two way flight. For those aiming gold please allocate another extra RM40.

KUALA LUMPUR: From Tuesday, AirAsia passengers need not rush to get a seat.
The airline has introduced its “Pick A Seat” service for all flights where every passenger would automatically be assigned a seat number when they make a booking.
For those who want a specific seat, they can either purchase a “hot seat” for RM25 one way or a “standard seat” for RM5.
They have the option of choosing a window or aisle seat or anywhere else.
The hot seats are those in the first five front rows and the two rows at the emergency exit. A hot seat comes automatically with express boarding facility.
The standard seat allows passengers to choose the other seats.
The Xpress boarding facility as a standalone service will be scrapped from Tuesday. Those who have already booked or paid through this facility will be given a hot seat. Those who do not like the seat assigned to them can change them.
“Passengers now have a choice on whether they want to sit by the aisle, window or anywhere else,” AirAsia group chief executive officer Datuk Seri Tony Fernandes said at the launch of the service yesterday.
“The days of running to the plane or pretending to be a rugby player while trying to grab a seat are over.”
He said passengers had always wanted seating options as practised by long-haul services on AirAsia X flights.
“The response has been good so far with 7,000 choice of seats booked in five days.
The service was opened for sale from Feb 5.
On the 500,000 free tickets promotion, Fernandes said the response was “fantastic” with a record 279,000 seats sold in one day despite the economic downturn.
“We will not be cutting down on our plans. We believe we have the product that people want which can bring in more tourists,” he said.
He added that the new LCCT departure terminal would be ready by March 15.

2. Lol, if this is upsetting you very much, and if money is no object, then install a water sprinkler and on it every time the unreasonable pest comes along. To make it more rewarding, place the sprinkle in a hidden spot around that "HOT" area. Ha..Ha..Cheers!
3. If money is no problem, order a small lorry load of cowdung and have it deposited in front of his house with your complements! That would teach him!
4. taburkan "black pepper powder" around the area.....
5. No, Victor not cowdung. It is now a very rare commodity. My plants will love it - and I am certain the neighbour will thank you for it.
6. If you don't mind to try my way: 1) Take a thin plastic bag. 2) Shit into the plastic bag. 3) Tie up the plastic bag. 4) Now thrown the plastic bag into your neighbour house. I bet it will work and I have tried it before..hahaha..
7. Be polite..be polite.. DING DONG.. "Ahem, excuse me SIR, I believe your dogs left something in my yard. Here..catch.."
