Frequent mistakes by McD

Ask 2 different sauces but gives the same. McD always failed to deliver proper item that I wanted. Not once, a couple of times until I got fed up and seldom going there again. Any McD outlet in Taiping is the same except for Taiping Sentral (becoz I seldom patronized there). All they will do is request you to come and exchange instead. What's the point when I am already back home. They should deliver to my house for free and add 1 free item to show their sincerity.
